1. How long does delivery take?

We start processing the order when payment has been credited. After receiving the payment we will send you an automatic confirmation by e-mail. The production time depends on the type of product and the production technique. On average you will receive the order within 5 working days.

2. Can I pay cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery. In our store, each product is made to order, after full payment has been credited. You can pay for the order by bank transfer, but also online: by payment card, fast transfer and via PayPal.

3. Do you have a physical gallery?

No, we only have an online art gallery.

4. By which courier will the order be shipped?

The choice of carrier is automatic, after placing the order on the website, and depends on the type of product and its size. Usually the products are shipped via DPD or GLS. On the day of shipment you will receive an e-mail containing the package number and information by which courier the order has been shipped.

5. How can I check the shipping status?

On the day of shipment you will receive a Track & Trace code from us by email. This way you can easily see the status of your order.

6. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, England & Poland. The shipping for these countries is completely free!
